This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of NotifyShield (“Service”), operated by Vanthiele LLC, located at:

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
When you make a purchase, you are purchasing from Paddle, not directly from Vanthiele LLC.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Initial Purchases
We offer refunds for first-time purchases under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
The request must be submitted through Paddle (see Section 5)
If approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
2.2 Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable
Exceptions may be made where required by law or at Paddle’s discretion
We recommend canceling before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
2.3 Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged:
Multiple times for the same subscription, or
Incorrectly due to a billing error
You are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate or incorrect charge.
2.4 Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe your payment was made fraudulently, please contact Paddle immediately. Refunds will be handled in accordance with Paddle’s fraud policies.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Failure to cancel before renewal
Partial use of a billing period
Change of mind after the refund window
Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:
Your account dashboard, or
Paddle’s customer portal
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle:

You may also access your purchase and manage subscriptions via Paddle’s customer portal using the email associated with your purchase.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact Paddle support.
Filing unjustified chargebacks may result in:
Suspension or termination of your account
Restrictions on future purchases
8. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights under local law.
However, by purchasing and immediately accessing digital services, you may waive your right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
